KRAMPNA
Krampna has suffered much in the past. In 1650 the whole settlement was destroyed by a huge flood which also covered the fields with stones. During W.W.I the whole village, except the tserkva, was burned down. After W.W.II, a Ukrainian Catholic priest, Ivan Vysochans'kyj, was conducting Latin services in the tserkva to 1957. Now, the tserkva continues to be used by Polish Roman Catholics.
